Urbantec Pty Ltd is a contracting company specializing in the design, construction and maintenance of commercial, industrial and residential building services including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and controls, energy monitoring, solar photovoltaic and battery systems, LED lighting and commercial fit-out in Australia, Qatar and India.

The company commenced operations in Adelaide in 2009 to provide turnkey projects solutions to major clients including Westfield, Telstra, Oputs, Silcar, Sentinar, CRC care (UniSA), and ElectraNet. Since then we have expanded Australia wide to facilitate the expansion of our key client’s facilities and provides solutions for challenging building services projects across Australia.

In 2014, we expanded our operation to Middle East with a subsidiary company of Urbantec Pty Ltd namely Greengate Contracting & Trading WLL in Doha, Qatar to provide turnkey solutions for unique and innovative building services projects focused on design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, Stairwell pressurisation, Solar power plants , BMS integration and controls for a wide client base including Carillon, Mshreib Properties (FIFA 2020 Stadium) and Qatar Airways.
